US FDA Foreign Food Facility Registration
FDA registration is the basic requirement for domestic and foreign establishments that manufacture or market food, drug, API or medical device in the USA. FDA registration is not mandatory for cosmetic establishments but can participate in FDA voluntary cosmetic registration program (VCRP).
US FDA Agent
All foreign establishments must identify a US FDA Agent while in the registration process. This is a mandatory requirement and without US FDA Agent; the registration cannot be completed. We provide US FDA Agent service to foreign food establishments.
Acidified & Low-Acid Canned Foods(FCE/SID)
All commercial acidified and low-acid canned food processors located in the United States and all processors in other countries who process acidified or low-acid canned food products for export to the United States must register with the FDA. Processing plants must also submit process filing forms containing scheduled process information for each acidified and low-acid canned food produced, and must meet all other requirements of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and the Fair Packaging and Labeling Act. Importers, wholesalers, distributors, brokers, etc. are excluded from the requirement to register.
An acidified food is a low-acid food to which acid(s) or acid food(s) are added for the purpose of reducing the pH to a finished equilibrium pH of 4.6 or below. It has a water activity greater than 0.85 and is stored and distributed under nonrefrigerated conditions.
Low-acid canned foodA low-acid canned food has the following characteristics:
1. Equilibrium pH value greater than 4.6 and water activity greater than 0.85.
2. Sealed in a hermetic (air-tight) container (i.e., secure against the entry of microorganisms).
3. Receives a heat treatment for the purpose of achieving commercial sterility.
4. Normally stored and distributed under non-refrigerated conditions.

US FDA Registration Renewal
Food facilities are required to renew their FDA registration between October 1st and December 31st of every even numbered year (once in every 2 year). FDA may consider the products of companies which are not complying with FDA renewal requirements as mis-branded and may lead to FDA detention of your products. All Drug, API and Medical Device establishments registered with FDA must renew their registration annually between October 1st and December 31st.
US FDA Certification
FDA Registration or FDA registration number does not denote FDA certification or FDA approval of your facility or products. Any representation of FDA registration number on product label or labeling which implies FDA certification or FDA approval of a facility or product is misleading and may cause mis-branding of the product.
US FDA Certificate
FDA will not issue a registration certificate after completing the registration, also FDA will not recognize a third party registration certificate. Most Importers and Shipping companies always ask for FDA registration certificate or proof of FDA registration to the manufacturer. We will issue a copy of FDA registration submission to our clients for their records.

All food products selling in US are required to comply with US FDA Food labeling requirements. We provide US FDA food labeling compliance review services to manufacture from Myanmar at low cost.
